Read current evens on DNA science linking DNA science with reproductive science. 

(1) 5 - 10 minutes: examine activity for student presentations next week. 

(2) 5 minutes: introduce concept mapping activity - students must recall rules of concept mapping

Rules of concept mapping

a. Each word should have two or more accurate links

b. Each link need to have LINKING WORDS or PHRASES. Obvious words are not allowed, such as "is connected to", "is linked to", "has a relationship with"

c. Good concept maps flow. Use arrows to direct the reader

d. DO NOT make senses out of 3 or terms. Use multiple links to connect them by pairs. 

(3) 30 minutes: Concept mapping - due at the end of the 2nd mod we have together.
